Please note that we are not a rental community or apartments. All units are privately purchased and owned by individual homeowners.

Fast Facts:

Prospective Buyers must meet with a member of the Home Owner's Association to review the rules and regulations and sign acknowledgments of the document.
The Association Fee is currently $310 for two bedroom units and $300 for one-bedroom units. This includes your household water use, pool access, parking, yard maintenance, structural maintenance, and more as identified in the Master Deed.
There is a capital contribution fee of $1,700 due at settlement.
Three months of Association Fees are collected upon settlement to be placed in Escrow as a buffer in case residents fall behind on payments.
There is a maximum cap on the number of units we allow homeowners to rent out within in the community. We are currently at that cap and cannot allow any additional owners to rent at this time.
Buyers must register their vehicles with the Board following settlement. See the Rules and Regulations for more information about parking and the vehicles allowed in the lots.
