We have received notice from the state on the reinspection of units that previously failed inspection last summer, or were unable to be accessed. The reinspection will take place March 18, 19, 20th and 21st if needed. Please make sure someone is available to answer the door one of those days. The inspection should only take a few minutes. The reinspection is for smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors and fire extinguishers.
If your unit passed inspection in August 2023, you do not need to do anything. Residents who failed received a letter from Westampton Courts outlining the violation that needs to be remedied. If you are not sure or don’t remember whether you passed, please reach out to the office.
