Westampton Courts Condominium Association is pleased to announce a new way to pay your HOA (Home Owner Association) dues. In cooperation with WSFS and Heartland you will now have the OPTION to pay via Credit Card or ACH. These options provide a more secure and efficient way to to make your payment.
If you elect to pay this way there is a $3.00 flat fee for the ACH and a 3.2% rate for credit card payments. These fees will automatically calculate on the site so you will be able to view what is being charged or what is being withdrawn from your checking account.

Once you get the main page, you will see a Make A Payment screen. Before you start, you may want to create your own login which can be done by clicking the Log In button on the top right. You will then need to Register yourself using your email address and also create a password. Passwords will need to be at least 9 characters long and include one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, at least one number and one special character. Your password cannot contain any spaces.
Simply follow the process from Bills to pay - Payor - Payment (credit card or e-check) - Verify - Done. If you run into any problems or need assistance please feel free to reach out to the office at 609-871-6886.
PLEASE NOTE: Any Special Assessment that are being made will still need to be made by paper check until we determine the best way to track and post to the correct financial account.
